1. If you cannot find an answer or need clarification on an item, please refer to the Master Deed, Bylaws/Amended Bylaws.
2. Replacement of exterior items, if not listed on the Approved List, must be approved by the Board of Directors before replacement.
3. Removal or changes to interior walls must be approved by the Board of Directors before any work commences.
4. Exterior pest control is provided by the Captain's Walk HOA. Interior pest control is the responsibility of the homeowner.
