CAPTAIN'S WALK VILLAS at Keowee Key

What a storm we had last week! Given that many owners are not residents, and seeing so many trees down in the general Keowee Key area, we thought it would be good to let everyone know that our Captains Walk properties escaped relatively unharmed other than a few rather minor things. The assessment by the arborist earlier in the year, expert input from the tree company (Lirskiy Tree Service) and their removal of dead trees and limbs surely seems to have paid off for us!

Several Captains Walk owners/residents were seen clearing branches, blowing off sidewalks, parking lots, and other common areas until our landscape maintenance folks could get here on Friday. Many thanks for those neighborly gestures! Things have now been restored to normal rather quickly.

We hope you are all safe and well, and will look forward to hopefully seeing some of you at the annual meeting in December to finish off this crazy 2020 year (distanced and masked). Further details will be sent/posted later.
